Wildlife

Who needs to live in the country, in the UP every place is country. Mom always say she doesn't want to move to town because she likes to watch the wildlife especially her deer.

Dave said he saw 6 rabbits while he was walking (within the village limits) this morning. Bob saw a large wolf on the road between our houses. Don often has a black bear in his back yard. I saw a skunk on my way to work and, yes, one skunk. One is enough. Again this year I've been seeing coyotes near work. One watched me drive by at 3:00 in the afternoon.

It's a common sight to see deer all around town, day or night. They often cut through our yard to get to the lake.

How much wildlife do you want. That's plenty for me.
